Meet Raddhika

A guide who's walked this path herself.

I’m a mother, coach, meditation facilitator, and emotional wellness guide.
Like many women, I spent years constantly doing, giving, holding everything together, and putting myself last — until I realized how disconnected I had become from myself underneath it all.

Motherhood didn’t just change my life. It changed me emotionally, mentally, and deeply within my nervous system.

Through meditation, nervous system work, mindset work, emotional healing practices, Reiki, Ho'oponopono and deep inner work, I slowly found my way back again.

Not becoming someone new — but returning to who I already was underneath the overwhelm.

Today, I support mothers navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and stress through emotional wellness coaching, guided meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, and supportive healing spaces designed to help women feel calmer, grounded, and more connected to themselves again.
